How it Works
ABC’s of Medicare
Choosing the right Medicare plan can feel complicated, but it doesn’t have to be. In its simplest form, Medicare is broken down into a few key parts. Our goal is to help you understand these components quickly so you can compare all your options with confidence. Here’s a quick look at how it works
Medicare Part A (Hospital Insurance)
Medicare Part A (Hospital Insurance)
Helps cover hospital stays, skilled nursing care, hospice, and some home health services. Most people don’t pay a premium, but deductibles and coinsurance may apply.
Medicare Part B (Medical Insurance)
Medicare Part B (Medical Insurance)
Covers doctor visits, outpatient care, preventive services, and medical equipment. You pay a monthly premium, annual deductible, and usually 20% of service costs.
Medicare Part C (Prescription Drug Coverage)
Medicare Part C (Prescription Drug Coverage)
Medicare Advantage, a private insurance alternative to Medicare that may substitute for parts A and B
Medigap Plans Supplement Insurance)
Medigap Plans Supplement Insurance)
Helps cover out-of-pocket costs not paid by Original Medicare-like copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles. Sold by private insurance companies, Medigap works with Medicare Parts A & B, but does not include prescription drug coverage (you’d need Part D for that). You must have Original Medicare to enroll in a Medigap plan.
We’ll help you compare all your options, so you can choose confidently.

The best part was how easy it was.
I was completely lost trying to figure out Part A, B, and D. My agent sat down with me, explained everything in a way I could understand, and helped me find a plan that covered all my prescriptions. The best part was how easy it was—no pressure, just good, honest help.

I finally feel confident about my plan.
I’ve had Medicare for a few years, but I always wondered if I was on the right plan. My advisor did a free annual review and found a new plan that saved me money and gave me better dental coverage. It’s a huge relief. I finally feel confident about my plan.
David R., Odem, TX
They made a scary process simple.
My husband and I were both turning 65 and didn’t know where to start. We were worried about losing our doctors. Our agent walked us through everything and found a plan that kept our favorite doctors and even added a gym membership. They made a scary process simple and stress-free.
